I worked alongside and guided a team of four designers through a large-scale digital transformation, owning the creation and rollout of a unified design system. I also personally delivered core experiences, including:

Approach

Throughout the engagement I ran stakeholder workshops and design reviews to drive alignment and maintain transparency across teams. I conducted user interviews across all customer tiers and led both moderated and unmoderated usability testing via Lookback and Maze.

Delivery

Partnering with three delivery teams, I ensured designs were implemented accurately and collaboratively, balancing user needs with technical constraints. This included working within tight deadlines, often delivering at pace without compromising on quality or consistency.
